- Once approved, a pickup will be arranged within 1–3 days.
- Refunds will only be issued if all return conditions are met.

- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags and labels must be intact.
- Return requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.
Exchange Policy

- If you select a product of lower value, we will refund the difference amount.

- Exchange requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if all return conditions are met.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes all quality checks.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

- Products purchased during sale or clearance events may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
- Gift cards, vouchers, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Do not accept the item if the packaging is damaged or altered and notify us immediately.
- International orders are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
