Domestic Shipping:

  • Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing your item for dispatch, ensuring it meets our quality standards.

  • Shipping Notifications:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking information. This allows you to stay updated on your order’s journey until it reaches you.

  • Shipping Charges:

Generally, we offer FREE Shipping to our customers. Shipping Charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we may charge for shipping, so please watch for these on our website at the time of checkout.

  • Delays and Exceptional Circumstances:

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Delivery Time: Orders within India typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote locations may take a little longer.

International Shipping:

  • Any duties, taxes or levies chargeable on international orders are to be borne and paid by customers. You may be required to pay local duties when you receive the products. Kindly check the same before ordering. In case the duties are not paid the product may be scrapped and we will not issue refunds for the same.
  • Our shipping charges are dependent on the order value and location. The charges start from Rs. 2,500 per order. The exact charges are calculated at the time of checkout.
  • The shipping times vary from country to country. Typically our products get dispatched within 3-4 working days and take about 7-10 days for delivery.
  • We will keep you updated and provide you with the tracking information once your order is dispatched via email.
  • Requests for change in shipping address cannot be accepted post dispatch of order.
  • Three attempts to deliver your package will be made by our shipping courier. If you’re not available during these attempts, our courier will ask you to contact them to arrange a delivery of your package for a time when you’ll be present to receive it.
  • In case of lost packages, please contact us at support@gulabri.com and we shall assist you further.
  • Please do note that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather conditions, etc. But don’t worry, we are famous for delighting our customers by adhering to our promised shipping times.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill the order. It would only happen under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to - quality failure, incomplete or unsupported address location, orders not complying with our coupons usage policy, orders at prices that significantly vary from our standard prices due to manual or technical error, orders flagged by our technical systems as suspicious usage of credit cards or other payment options or any other potential abuse of our service. In all such cases, we will inform the customer of the cancellation and refund the full order value.

Delivery Time: Orders shipped internationally usually take 10-12 days to reach customers. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing.
